Service Director® allows your customers quick and easy access to view their calls via the Internet. This facility requires no special software to be fully functional, and enables your users to:

View calls
Calls can be filtered to show open, invoiced, cancelled or closed calls, or searched by criteria such as call number, contractual response time or booking date. Expanded call information can be viewed by selecting and expanding individual calls.

Log new calls
The call logging procedure uses drop down lists to show customer information (installed equipment etc.), facilitating the accurate logging of fault calls into Service Director for immediate progression.

View management data
The management data view allows the user to view the status of all their outstanding calls, details of previous calls, and any changes to engineer availability.

In complete privacy
The customer's privacy is ensured by login procedure requiring a password. Each user can see only their own information and has no access to any other user's data.
