The Service Director® Planned Preventative Maintenance functionality is invaluable for customers whose service activities include a high content of scheduled maintenance work, be it routine preventative maintenance or complex, multi-engineer installations. Pinnacle's service maintenance software enables the planned maintenance job, including any work instructions, to be routed to the relevant engineer, and allows fast identification of equipment that does not meet serviceability or health and safety requirements.
