The Computer Telephony Integration module provides a bi-directional electronic information link between your telephone switching system and your Service Director Call Management system.

This means that inbound callers are identified automatically, and call and contract information is displayed immediately to the service operator. Your connection time for each call is reduced dramatically, making your call centre more efficient and cost-effective. Outbound calls are auto-dialled.
