Watford, 6 September 2001.
Pinnacle Computer Systems, the UK leader in advanced Service Management Solutions, has relocated to new offices in Watford, Hertfordshire. The move is seen as an important step in its strategy for growth over the next few years.

Located at BRE Complex, Bucknalls Lane, Watford, Pinnacle's new location will play an important role in the company's development, providing increased capacity to enable significant enhancements to - among others - sales, customer services and technical support functionality.

"As part of our strategic development plan, we have been planning expansion for some time," commented Jill Dixon, Pinnacle's Product Director. "Now, with our increased capacity we have the opportunity to accelerate these plans. Our re-location is a very exciting development for us, but this is only the first of several initiates we are currently pursuing as part of our ongoing strategy for growth."

The plans for the company include a fast-track development programme for Pinnacle's industry-leading Service Management Solution, Service Director, so that the product is in a position to spearhead the next generation of Service Management Solutions. Other plans include a focus on channel development and support, both within and outside of the UK, using marketing programmes to stimulate pull-through.
