Pinnacle and Cognito consolidate strategic
partnership
Cognito, the leading mobile data provider, today announced that
industry winner Pinnacle Computer Systems Limited has signed to
become a Cognito preferred partner. The partnership agreement consolidates
the highly successful relationship already established between the
two companies, with Pinnacle offering Cognito mobile data solutions
as an important product integration with their "Service Director"
field service management system.
Cognito and Pinnacle have an established and long standing history
of working closely together to ensure the smooth implementation
of integrated Service Management Software and mobile data communications
solutions for their joint customers. Over one thousand uk service
engineers already enjoy the benefits of this proven service solution.

The Cognito GPRS based G21 mobile data solution is integrated into
Pinnacle 'Service Director' software, providing an end-to-end solution
that delivers the functionality of the 'Service Director' system
to mobile workers. The integration enables the solution to be tailored
to each customer's specific requirements. Cognito and Pinnacle have
already delivered successful implementations for a number of companies
including Swale Heating, Triton Showers, JLA, Banham Security, Status
Heating and First Choice Coffee. Current implementations include
Htech, CH Lindsey , Wadkins, Avenance,Ergoline, and Instant Supply.
