 
Blick Secure Service Director and Pinnacle Mobile
Blick UK Limited, a market leader in the design, installation and
service of a complete range of Security, Communication and Time Management
solutions to businesses throughout the UK recently strengthened their
grip of the after sales market with the acquisition of Pinnacle's
Service Director and Pinnacle Mobile.
Boasting a National Call Centre and nationwide coverage of Service
Engineers the decisive criteria was combining user-friendly software
with cutting-edge technology.
Pinnacle's solution will enable Blick to push jobs down
to their strategically placed engineers, across the UK & Ireland
in 'real time', thus enabling a greater increase in
service efficiency by directing the right engineer to the right
job at the right time.
Upon closing the call the engineers will now be able to send all
details direct to the office via the GPRS Mobile Solution allowing
the system to update customer history, stock levels and raising
invoices.
Following a site reference to existing Pinnacle client JLA, Blick
were convinced that both Service Director, in the Call Centre,
and Pinnacle Mobile, for 120 Service Engineers would enhance their
service operations.
