Computer Software Group plc is the holding company of a group whose core business is the provision of vertical business solutions, integrated ticketing for sports clubs and membership systems. CS Group has been a UK Software Author since 1984.

The Software4Sport division of CSG provides its TALENT Sport software modules including ticketing, membership, accounts and loyalty schemes to clients such as Chelsea FC, Manchester City FC, Liverpool FC, Newcastle United FC and Leeds United FC.

TALENT CRM clients include Alfred Dunhill, Npower, Electrolux, Freudenberg Household Products ("Vileda"), Simon Jersey and Wadsworth Engineering.

TALENT ebusiness clients include Morphy Richards, Electrolux and Hellermann Tyton.
Integra's membership solutions have been deployed by professional institutes, trade associations and sports governing bodies including the FA Premier League, CBI, the Engineering Employers Federation, the Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) and the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers.

The Chorus/JBS Division provides ERP solutions to more than 500 UK businesses including Volvo Truck and Bus, EMI, Eddie Stobart Ltd. and Jane Shilton.

Computer Software Group plc floated on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in August 2000. Turnover for the year ended 29 February 2004 was £6,253,000 and £2,312,000 from all acquisitions not including JBS. The Group made an operating profit for the year of £607,000.
